Translation:

If Client cancels or withdraws any portion of the service(s) prior to Worldti.com's completion of the service(s), Client is not entitled to any refund or credit.
Upon receipt of the translation from Worldti.com, Client shall promptly review it, and within 30 days after receipt shall notify Worldti.com of any requested corrections or changes.
Worldti.com shall correct, at no cost to Client, any errors made by Worldti.com.
Worldti.com shall make every effort to complete service(s) by the above date but shall not be responsible for delays in completion caused by events beyond Worldti.com’s control.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold Worldti.com harmless from any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities.
Worldti.com shall have no responsibility whatever as to any changes in the translation made by persons other than Worldti.com.

Visa:

Completed visas and passports are only sent by Federal Express and are subject to the conditions set by these companies for shipment. Worldti.com shall not be held responsible for any loss or delays caused by Federal Express.
Worldti.com shall not be held liable for any damages whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential in excess of the Worldti.com Service fees paid by customer for visa processing.
Worldti.com's liability for loss or damage to a passport during the course of visa processing is limited to the actual replacement cost of the passport.
Worldti.com shall not be held liable for loss or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, terrorist activities, military actions, acts of God or for any other acts of any third party.
Processing time for visas quoted by Worldti.com are approximations based on our experience with the New York Chinese Consulates under normal circumstances, and are deemed reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed.
Worldti.com reserves the right to decline processing of visa application for reasons including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time.

Passport:

Completed passports are only sent by Federal Express and are subject to the conditions set by these companies for shipment. Worldti.com shall not be held responsible for any loss or delays caused by Federal Express.
Worldti.com shall not be held liable for any damages whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential in excess of the Worldti.com Service fees paid by customer for passport processing.

Business cards:

Worldti.com guarantees your business cards will be printed according to our published time schedule. If your business card is not ready in time, our translating and typsetting service fee is 100% refundable. Refund will be made in the same form of payment within 5 business days.
Business cards are only sent by Federal Express and are subject to the conditions set by these companies for shipment. Worldti.com shall not be held responsible for any loss or delays caused by DHL.
Worldti.com shall not be held liable for any damages whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential in excess of the Worldti.com Service fees paid by customer for business card printing.
Worldti.com's liability for delay of a business card order during the course of business card printing is limited to the actual replacement cost of the business cards.
Worldti.com shall not be held liable for loss or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, terrorist activities, military actions, acts of God or for any other acts of any third party.

Hotel:

Due to limited availability and huge demand, all reservations are final, so there will be no funds for cancellation, no-show or early departure.
Worldti.com shall not be financially responsible by events beyond Company’s control. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless from any losses, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities.
